Working in team documents over the Net
Learn how to create collaborative presentations, docs, spreadsheets and even tests with over the net.
As a student of UiA, I’ve had to work with classmates many times in group presentations, research projects and even in test preparation. But many times it’s impossible to get together at someone’s place and work on the same computer and same file without having to send it back and forth through email, and having tons of copy files on your computer, not knowing which is the one you’re supposed to send. Some years ago I discovered few ways to make it easier to work with teammates over the net, every one at home and with one unique file.
In this post, I would like to show you one of many tools that can help you create text processing documents, slide presentations, spreadsheets, drawn documents or maps, forms, surveys and even online tests! Working on the same file with one or more collaborators in real time. It’s google docs.
This might sound confusing if you’ve never heard of it so let’s see a short video that makes it easy to understand.
First, you have to create a google account. If you don’t have one, here is how to create it in one minute!
Now let’s start a Google Document in collaboration!
